Fly and go Hungry

Did you know that most airlines don't cater their flights for all the passengers on board? To save money airlines only cater for about a little over two thirds of their passengers. They're "counting" (no pun intended) on the fact that a number of passengers will be sleeping during mealtime and won't feel like a meal (or are just not woken up).
Also meals are only catered 50/50 so if you're seated somewhere halfway the plane and most people before you chose the "delicous" beef you're stuck with the second choice, like perhaps fish.
Best thing is to sit near the pantry and if you can hack it, stay awake. Also meals are usually served directly after take-off. Most poeple are not yet hungry then (saving meals) and will thus quickly feel saturared. Like little children the "contented" passengers with their well filled bellies will quickly fall asleep assuring a trouble free flight.

Crema

Been drinking lots of coffee again lately. Usually I drink illy but since it is sooo expensive (€5,89 for a
250g can) in this expensive country I had to wander off towards budget coffee.
So I bought this Douwe Egberts espresso coffee which is half the price for the same amount. I only
bought it because it said "100% Arabica Beans". This I assumed would assure a minimum of taste and quality...and to be honest I must say it's not that bad at all. So for all of you espresso lovers on a budgetary coffee diët: Douwe Egberts espresso is the way to go.
Any other quality, budget espresso ideas are welcome!
